Hello, My name is Michaella Levandoski.
I graduated North Carolina Central University – School of Law in May of 2015. I sat for the North Carolina Bar exam in July of 2015, and found out I passed in September of 2015. In October of 2015 I was sworn in to the North Carolina Bar and the Western Federal District of North Carolina. In November or 2015 I became a member of the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals bar.
The Law Offices of Michaella Levandoski, PLLC focuses mainly on estate planning, wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. While we may be able to assist you with other legal matters, the primary focus is on the items listed above.
I have been a public school teacher in both New Jersey and North Carolina for several years. I feel this experience has helped me understand why people need wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. Working as a teacher I also understand that it is not easy to take time off of work to meet about a will, power of attorney, and/or healthcare directives. With this in mind I am willing to meet with clients outside of traditional working hours at times and locations that are convenient to both the client and myself.
One of the goals of The Law Offices of Michaella Levandoski, PLLC is to make your estate planning easy for you and your loved ones. This is not always an easy conversation to have, but I try my best to make the process of creating a will, durable power of attorney, and advance healthcare directives as enjoyable as possible.
