What is a “basic will”?
The Law Offices of Michaella Levandoski, PLLC considers a basic will to be when you leave everything to one person or class of people (ex. my children), who is an adult and a trust is not involved.
Are you a Virtual Lawyer or a Mobile Lawyer?
The Law Offices of Michaella Levandoski, PLLC are mobile. A virtual lawyer delivers online legal services. A mobile lawyer meets clients at the client’s home or office (or mutually agreed upon location) and do work on and through emails, cellphone, and laptop or tablet. A mobile lawyer often does not have a physical office, this allows the lawyer to take the legal services to anyone in the state they are licensed to practice in.
