Here are some common questions that I often get asked.

What will it cost for you to write my will?

The Law Offices of Michaella Levandoski, PLLC cannot answer this question for you until after speaking to you briefly to understand you specific situation.  In general, anticipate that it will cost AT LEAST $250 for me to prepare a basic will, durable power of attorney, and advance healthcare directive.

What is a “basic will”?

The Law Offices of Michaella Levandoski, PLLC considers a basic will to be when you leave everything to one person or class of people (ex. my children), who is an adult and a trust is not involved.

Are you a Virtual Lawyer or a Mobile Lawyer?

The Law Offices of Michaella Levandoski, PLLC are mobile.  A virtual lawyer delivers online legal services.  A mobile lawyer meets clients at the client’s home or office (or mutually agreed upon location) and do work on and through emails, cellphone, and laptop or tablet.  A mobile lawyer often does not have a physical office, this allows the lawyer to take the legal services to anyone in the state they are licensed to practice in.  The Law Offices of Michaella Levandoski, PLLC is licensed in the state of North Carolina and will bring legal services to clients across the state.
