Case Commentary

As a lawyer I am often asked to comment on court opinions or “case decisions.”  This is my attempt to address some of the questions I get asked and share my thoughts of rulings the court makes.  While the Law Offices of Michaella Levandoski, PLLC are only licensed to practice Law in North Carolina, this commentary address courts across the country and internationally.
